Web App Tracking
The Web App is optional and not required to run a COVID-19 test. It will assist you in interpreting your visual test result and report your result to local health authorities.
Ensure you have an internet connection and scan the Flowflex QR code or go to www.flowflexcovid.com prior to starting the test.

What is the price of a test kit?
Test kits pricing range based on order size. Please complete the form for a quote.
Is a minimum order size required?
Yes. One-time, minimum orders start at 300 kits. Our inventory is specifically earmarked for institutional sales to schools, businesses, and government bodies.
Can our order be drop-shipped as single kits to homes or individuals?
Not at this time. As the ordering entity, you must be able to accept shipment of bulk orders at your worksite or organization.
Are we required to accept shipment of our entire order at once or can orders be broken into periodic shipments each week or month?
With a large, multi-week order commitment, you do not need to accept all of the inventory at once. For example, if you believe you will need 10,000 test kits over a 4-month period, your order can be broken up into shipments of 2,500 test kits monthly for 4 months.
What is included in a kit?
A single kit (or box) contains all the supplies (test cassette, extraction buffer tube, nasal swab, package insert) needed for 1 individual to conduct one (1) rapid antigen test.
Are there storage requirements?
Storing kits at room temperature is a good general guideline. The manufacturer recommends storing between 36 degrees F - 86 degrees F (2 degrees C - 30 degrees C) until use.
Can we return unused kits for a refund?
Once you have accepted delivery, the product cannot be returned. Our sales team will assist you in sizing your order and managing your delivery schedule so that you do not incur unnecessary costs.

This product has been authorized only for the detection of proteins from SARS-CoV-2, not for any other viruses or pathogens. The emergency use of this product is only authorized for the duration of the declaration that circumstances exist justifying the authorization of emergency use of IVDs for detection and/or diagnosis of COVID-19 under Section 564(b)(1) of the Federal Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act, 21 U.S.C. § 360bbb-3(b)(1), unless the declaration is terminated or authorization is revoked sooner.
